Returns & Exchanges — Kuwait Only
At Kai Vêtements, every piece is crafted with intention and exclusivity. To preserve the integrity of our collections, return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Items must be returned in pristine, original condition — unworn, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
Pieces that show any signs of wear, washing, alterations, makeup, perfume, or damage will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Important Notes
- Requests submitted beyond the 24-hour window cannot be accommodated.
- Kai Vêtements reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the stated standards.
- For assistance, kindly contact us via WhatsApp within the eligible timeframe.
International Orders
Due to the exclusive nature of our designs, all international purchases are considered final sale.
Returns or exchanges are not offered for orders placed outside Kuwait.
Exceptions may be reviewed only in cases of damaged items. Please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can assist you.
Customized & Adjustable Orders
Due to the exclusive and made-to-measure nature of customized or adjustable designs, these pieces are not eligible for a full refund once production has begun.
In approved return cases, a partial refund may be issued, reflecting the design, service, and production costs already allocated to the order.
Kai Vêtements reserves the right to determine the applicable service value based on the stage of production.
