Exclusivity & Product Nature

Kai Vêtements collections are created as limited and exclusive pieces. Certain items may be produced in small quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

Ready-to-Wear Pieces

All ready-to-wear designs are produced in Seoul, Korea, in collaboration with an international designer. These pieces are sold in fixed sizing and are not eligible for alterations or customization.

Adjustable Designs

Adjustable pieces are designed in collaboration with an Italian designer and executed in Kuwait. Adjustments are available only when the design is officially marked as adjustable.

Orders & Production Timeline

  • Ready-to-Wear orders are dispatched within 24 hours.
  • Adjustable or customized designs require 24 hours up to 10 working days, depending on design complexity and production conditions.
  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location and operational circumstances.

Pricing, Currency & Payments

All prices are primarily set in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD).

For customer convenience, approximate pricing may appear in USD, EUR, or GCC currencies based on live currency conversion rates. These values are estimates only.

The final amount charged will be processed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD), and any differences caused by exchange rates or bank fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Kai Vêtements reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time in alignment with production costs, designer collaborations, or operational changes.

Shipping & Delivery

Within Kuwait

Delivery timing and fees may vary depending on the selected area.

  • Ready-to-Wear: Delivery within approximately 24 hours.
  • Adjustable Designs: Delivery may take from 24 hours up to 10 working days depending on production.

International Shipping

Delivery outside Kuwait may take between 3 to 14 days, depending on whether the item is ready-to-wear or produced locally in Kuwait.

Kai Vêtements is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, texts, logos, concepts, and visual materials on this website are the exclusive property of Kai Vêtements.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content or design is strictly prohibited.

Brand Integrity & Right of Refusal

To preserve the exclusivity and creative integrity of Kai Vêtements, we reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion when necessary to protect the brand, its designs, or its community.

By placing an order, you confirm that all personal and shipping details provided are accurate and complete.

Kai Vêtements reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of incorrect information, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
